Interesting article. I must say that I've never experienced that feeling
while cycling! I've cycled as long as an hour at the gym...

It's a lot different of a high (at least for me) than when I used to smoke
pot. I feel the "runner's high" also when I climb, strenuous hiking and when
I had my tats done.

working out and getting repeatedly poked with needles.

Or in MY case of paranoia and wanting to disassociate and curl up in a
corner! LOL
