It was too hot for running here too. How do you cope with the warm weather?

They're just kind of my comfort food thing -- easy, and I like them a lot. If DH and I don't eat dinner together (which we don't on my late gym nights, or often other times -- like the last couple of days, when he's had this stomach bug, or when we're just feeling lazy), I usually just make one. I'll probably be eating them most nights for the next two weeks while I'm in St. Louis on business. (I will take my little George with me.) I have a sort of "rule" that I won't run outdoors if it's over 85, which it is much of the time here in the summer. (I live in Virginia.) I'm retiring at the end of July, and I'm thinking that that will make it easier to go for a run early in the day, before it's too hot.
