Default Exercise 6/9/06

It felt good to get back on the bike after two weeks of moving furniture and
boxes

I met some friends and we did a 25 mile bike ride on one of the
rails-to-trails in the area. The weather was fantastic and the wind wasn't
too bad except on the final leg of the ride.

Beverly - heading out for another ride in the morning.

Glad you've settled in OK Beverly. It feels like things are back to
normal now you're posting about your bike rides again
