Default Food & Exercise -- 5/30/2007

We're heading home from our trip now. Today we left Kennebunkport and
drove west through Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, then south into
New York. We're spending the night in Cornwall, NY, along the Hudson
river. We'll get home tomorrow, late afternoon.

Food:

* 8:00 (B&B): small piece sour cream coffee cake w/ butter & blueberry
preserves; pomegranite smoothie; 1/2 portion of crab benedict (eggs
benedict w/ crab instead of Canadian bacon); 1/2 portion of blueberry
blintzes {another awesome breakfast!}
* 10:30 (driving): 1 anisette cookie
* 1:00 (restaurant -- roof terrace overlooking the Connecticut river
in Brattleboro, Vermont): 1 cup clam chowder; appetizer portion of
grilled shrimp (4 shrimps, with ranch dressing for dipping); 1 glass
wine
* 2:30 (driving): 1 anisette cookie
* 3:45 (drive-in): large dish of soft-serve ice cream (butterscotch
swirl) w/ hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, & peanuts {Yeah, I
know :-).}
* 6:00 (B&B check-in): 1 chocolate chip cookie
* 6:30 (our room): 2 glasses wine
* 8:00 (restaurant, terrace overlooking little creek): small green
salad w/ vinaigrette; 1/2 portion of bratwurst (1 sausage); 1/2
portion of wienerschnitzel (2 small pieces of schnitzel); a few chunks
of roasted potato; a few pieces of carrot & squash; 1 glass wine
* sometime later: half piece of fudge -- the last of the supply, for
our last night away

Exercise: not a bit -- drove all day
