I take my measurements pretty much where you do...
thigh-21
hip-35.5
upper hip-34.5
waist-28
chest-31.5
bicep-11.5
wrist-6
calf-13.5

Our measurements are pretty close - obviously where we carry our fat is
different (butt vs.gut) but it seems like we'd be pretty close to the same
amount of bf. Well, you can be the judge of that in a couple months! (note
to self - I've got 8 weeks to get my ass in gear...)

I take my measurements about the same places--but take three waist
measurements: narrowest (28"), navel (30"), and widest (31" of flab).

Hip: 35.5
L Thigh: 19.5
R Thigh: 20
R/L Bicep: 10.5
Forearm: 9
Chest: 34
Chest+:36
Shoulder: 20 or 17, not sure how to measure correctly
Neck: 13
R/L Wrist: 6
R/L calf: 12

LOL!!

OK - I'm picturing this now. Me and you in this challenge to see who
can lose the most by the time you get here. Well, not necessirly
lose the most weight... but the bodyfat changes ... You know what I
mean.

We'll have to do side by side pictures. and stuff.

The only one that I don't measure the same is the chest...what is the
measurement that you take that goes around the boobs.

Oh, I take that one too - I just don't bother posting that. That
measurement keeps going down and I'm not happy about that loss.

Seriously - for me at least, its more important to see the
circumference of the chest change than it is the fullness of the
bre*st. BRBR

Definitely, but as full D..I can definitely afford to lose some...and then
some. Since incorporating strength training, I've noticed the reverse, I
actually feel that I am bigger, I don't measure bigger but I guess it is the
appearance with the shoulders rounding out and the arms taking definition.

BTW...when is Det coming to FL? We're in negotiation with BF family to come
down in a couple of weeks...not definite though.
