I have all of the stuff to do yoga, I just need to try a class out to

make
sure that my positions are accurate!

There are different forms of yoga. The specific one I'm thinking of is
called Asana yoga. Most classes teach Hatha yoga and that is more

strenuous.
I was thinking of yoga in its more relaxing, meditative form. (Both are

part
of Raja or Royal Yoga.)

If you are looking for something that will be more meditative, inner

working
and relaxing, make sure you look for that type of class. Here, the *in*
thing is Bikram, which is anything but relaxing. It is fairly vigorous and
done in an extremely heated room.

It is worthwhile to read and find websites with more info. I have "Yoga

for
Dummies" and I find it a really good source of information.

What I like about that particular series of books is that they are written
in informative and easy to follow instructions for beginners.
