Correction to yesterday's (5/25/2006) Food & Exercise
When I woke up hungry just now, I realized I'd forgotten to eat last
night's planned yogurt & strawberries :-). Revised totals a Totals: 1283 calories, 45g fat (31%), 94g carbs (29%), 126g protein (39%) Gonna go do my eggs now! Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
