WI March 12
I lost 1lb this week, which is really good because a couple of times this
week I couldn't resist temptation, so I wasn't expecting any loss this week at all. Actually, I was expecting a small gain, so this was GREAT news for me! 01/29/05 = 235.0lbs 03/12/05 = 217.8lbs Total loss = 17.2lbs Mini Goal = 199.9lbs (17.9lbs to go!) Thanks everyone! I really appreciate it.
This week I am going to start weighing everything and double checking points again. Last week I had a few slip-ups, and still lost, so I think it was because when I did have something that I knew was high in points, but didn't know how much, I'd kind of panic, and eat only vegetables for the rest of the day. I'm thinking about it now, and I think I may have under eaten on a couple of days!
