Atkins Essentials Book vs New Updated Diet book
Just because I started a thread mentioning the OK to use LC products in the
Essentilals book - here's my update. I read the section on induction in the New Updated Diet Revolution Book...it does not approve (nor mention) the use of Atkins LC Bread, Atkins LC Waffle and Pancake Mix or the other products. The Essentials book had a section about it, maybe because it's an expanded book about the 1st 2 weeks, I dunno. Just thought I'd mention this.
