Skipping dinner?

They say you shouldn't skip meals because you'll overeat later, but what about
dinner? If you're going to sleep anyways, how would you have a chance to
overeat?

You'd be amazed.

Playing tricks on your stomach don't work. It would be more
effective to play tricks on your legs, and add a lot of
exercise rather than skip any meals.
