Easier way to get all the vegetables you need
You may be someone like me who hates to eat vegetables either because
you don't like their taste -spinash, celeri, etc.- or because they hurt your stomach or they are a torture to swallow -carrots. Of course, you may boil them to make them softer but you waste a lot of vitamins in the process. The solution that works for me is the blender! I pour about 1 cup of vegetable juice in the blender, add a carrot, a stalk of celeri, green peper, a third of bad of spinash with salt. I do it twice a day. |
