Default Answer: Tomatoes On The Vine was $3.41 lb. Now .88 ¢ lb.

Question: What knocks my off of low carb faster then a New York Minute
( a can't resist carb sale ) Yup I happily and with complete abandon
"abandon" my moderately low carb lifestyle when ever a good carb sale
comes around and I do it with a clean conscience. I ignore the 16oz
wheat bread 3/ $1.00, the chips 16 oz. for .99=A2 and the half gallon of
ice cream that periodically comes around at a buck a pop but when it
comes to fruits and veggies I'm all over it like white on rice without
the rice. These tomatoes are the ones at least for me anyway that have
that fresh stem and leaves just picked odor to them and frankly I do
not want to know if they spray that smell on just that they taste
extraordinarily good. So for at least this week I will be eating about
4 a day. Two in salads and two more for snacks. And I also buy extra
and cut them up and freeze them and put them in eggs with cheese in the
morning. Now, I can't wait for the whole seedless watermelons to go on
sale for a $1.99 and not those small "personal" ones but regular size!

Self destruction comes in many forms.

Why brag about it?

What he said.

I agree with you 100%.

I'd even sneak in a daily small new potato with the delicate skin
still on it. The sweet onions are fantastic too.
