Water challege day 1
Ok, you can post your results by replying to this post if you wish.
Here's mine: goal: 96 oz (3-32 oz bottles) + an equal amt of water for any coffee or other caffeinated drink actual: 116 oz. (plus 8 oz. coffee) 7:00-10:00 32 oz (work) 10:00-12:30 32 oz (work) 12:30-3:30 32 oz (work & drive home) 4:30-6:30 20 oz (golf course) I just kept track of when I was refilling my bottle for kicks, probably won't do that every day. Actual amount: 85oz I'm just finishing up the bottle that will take me to 85 oz, but I'll probably have one more before bed. About 56 oz for me so far but the day isn't over! I'll probably drink
