Missed the OP, so I'll tag on to Bev's instead.

Goal - didn't make one
Accomplishment:
9am - 20oz diet coke
AM work- 1/2 liter bottle water
Lunch - 1.5 glasses ice tea.
2pm - 12oz diet coke
PM work- 1/2 liter bottle water
pm home - 12 diet rite, orange
dinner - 1 large glass water (~16 oz)

I'm thirsty now so I should go drink another glass.

Goal for tomorrow - 24oz soda and 3 liters water

Around 60oz for me. I was busy and didn't take the time to get up from my
desk and walk to the water fountaing

Here's mine:
goal: 96 oz (3-32 oz bottles) + an equal amt of water for any coffee or
other caffeinated drink
actual: 116 oz. (plus 8 oz. coffee)

7:00-10:00 32 oz (work)
10:00-12:30 32 oz (work)
12:30-3:30 32 oz (work & drive home)
4:30-6:30 20 oz (golf course)

I just kept track of when I was refilling my bottle for kicks, probably
won't do that every day.

Happy sipping!

Jenn

120 oz yesterday:

24 oz w/breakfast
24 oz w/oatmeal (snack)
24 oz w/lunch
24 oz w/snack
12 oz w/dinner
12 oz gulped just before bed
(which I really shouldn't do, as I have to get up
around 2 a.m. to potty)

Better late than never I suppose

Yesterdays water intake was a total of 4 liters for the day and a 12oz glass
I sipped on before bed.
I actually had only planned on the 4 liters, so I am a little above my goal
for the day.

Funny thing - since I started drinking more water in the afternoons &
evening and *then* the 3AM trip to the bathroom is causing me to sleep
later in the mornings! I used to bounce out of bed with the alarm and
now I've just been turning it off and rolling over. This isn't good g
