Easiest way to lose wight ! ! !
Everyone knows that to lose weight u have to cut calories.you can do
anything from low carb to low fat,its all the same,but low carb apparently suppresses ur appetite more because of ketosis.But alot of ppl bitch about feeling crappy, same with me, i did it for a month and i felt like i wanted to kill myself.anyways, stuff doesnt always work for everybody but that's not my point. I figured out a way to lose weight with eating anything u feel like. haha this sounds like an ad but it is not. anyways, here's my secret, well it's not really a secret but a method i use that so easy and lets me eat whatever i desire. When i wake up, i just have some coffee with cream and sugar, and whenever i feel hungry i keep drinking coffee till the evening. Now how many calories are in a cup of coffee with a tsp of cream and sugar, hmm lets see. That's like ~30 calories a cup. even if u drink 10 cups till the evening,that's a measly 300 calories.Now when it's evening time, indulge urself in a meal that you will enjoy. You want pizza, go ahead have pizza, u want burgers, go ahead eat your heart out. I mean,how much are you going to eat till u feel full. even if u ate 1500 calories,which by the way is alot. Ur calories for the day are like 1800.Then to keep u from eating at night,that's if you have one hell of an appetite,then drink more coffee. the caffeine in the coffee wil keep ur appetite suppressed,trust me.also,the caffeine will keep u energized.make sure to take a good multivitamin. i've tried alot of diets, and i always failed because every diet deprives u of something. well if u use my method, u can live ur life as if ur not dieting, u dont have to worry about a thing, ur not hungry, ur energy levels are high, you don't feel weak. i'm sure im gonna get flamed and ppl telling me this is not healthy. it may not be an optimal way for a healthy diet, but let me ask u something, if staying fat for longer better than losing the weight??? sure lose the weight slowly, but its frustrating, the same routine every single day. it's boring. c'mon, everyone would hope to lose weight quicker, then they can adjust their lifestyle to eating healthy. I think all "diets" and diet books are crap. losing weight is so basic. cut ur calories. doesn't matter what diet it is, it's all about calories.But the thing that makes it hard is hunger.I for one fail on a diet because of hunger. i want to be able to feel full,have alot of energy,and lose weight at a pretty good pace.sure i may lose some muscle, but what the hell, once i lose the fat, ill have plenty of time to gain muscle. this post goes out to all the ppl who feel they cant stick to a diet. don't listen to all that diet bull****. all that **** is hype to make u buy something.hmm, low carb, u have all these low carb products out there, who's profiting? the low carb product makers. back when low fat was all hyped up, u see all these companies making low fat products. it's still not over, wait a few more years when low carb dies, see what's comin next. do i see low protein??? u never know, no one ever thought when low fat came out that in the future u'll be hearing about high fat and losing weight. disclaimer: i am no doctor, and take this info as u like. i am not responsible for anything u do with this info. the whole post is just an opinion and talk to a physician prior to starting a diet regimen. i am in no way affiliated with any coffee vendors. mack, |

EEEhhh wrong. As many people have posted here before, if you go below a
minimum number of calories you are going to feel crappy because your brain isn't getting enough calories to feel good. You lose teeth to malnutrition. You wind up having a heart attack because your heart muscle has been consumed in your body's attempt to get enough calories to keep your brain going. I think you're the one that's wrong.How come when i go low calorie with the help of caffeine i don't feel like crap? Hmmm i still got my teeth. I clearly said u still need to supplement with vitamins. Heart attack because the body is consuming heart muscle, lol, that's ****in bull****.Where's your proof that that happens? First of all, just like u can't stop reduce fat bcuz the body chooses where it's gonna get it's fat, i don't think the body is going to eat up ur heart muscle when it's got bigger and more muscles all over the body. anyways, what u said is clearly bull****. How come ppl who have gastric bypass surgery dont die of heart attacks bcuz they are also doing such a low calorie regimen. They don't even reach more than 1000 calories usually.What's the diff in someone who doesn't have the surgery and still eats like them, it's the same ****in thing,but the person who had the surgery won't feel hungry.but if u could handle the hunger(or like i said,use caffeine to take it away), ur doing the exact same thing as someone who had gastric bypass. Supplement with some vitamins, voila.WHat's so special about the ppl having gastric bypass? do they get something special to burn away the fat? hell no,just low calories,and look how much weight they lose.So don't come here spittin bull**** bcuz thats what it is. i think the whole ('oh low calorie is dangerous,it will slow ur metabolism,it will eat up all ur muscle,it will keep holding on to ur fat,its this,its that') is way overrated and bull****. i think maybe ur just jealous that u cant do it,so u go on saying bull****. maybe ur in denial with urself.i dunno if u have eating issues or something,but this sure as hell worked for me,and many many many other ppl,and im sure it works for everybody. They have enough trouble with this concept as it is. let me tell u something honey,if i was a doctor,everyone would be thin. i can have anything i feel like eating, as much as i want,and i feel fully energized,hmm lets see, doesnt that sound like the holy grail? it's not dangerous,it's not that hard,and it will shed a ****load of fat.curb ur appetite during the day, eat ur heart out at night, lose fat like crazy, what's wrong with that? i think everyone is brainwashed with that only lower ur calories a bit,u dont want to slow down ur metabolism ****.maybe in the long run sure u'r metabolism will be a bit slower,but by then u probably reached ur goal,and u can work on an eating plan to get u back to normal with some good excercise.there,was that that hard???? to all the haters, go **** urselves. mack |

Actually, if I drink coffee on an empty stomach I get extremely nauseous and have to eat something or I start feeling faint. Likewise, I can drink 3 cups of coffee and go right to sleep. The caffeine is totally useless to me as an 'energizer". But hey! It might work for somebody - why not give it a try.
