Forgive me if this message is not on topic in some boards and I was not
aware of it.

I need some good software that not only has a huge food database, but is
easy to use, and can sync its food log, charts, and other detailed info
with my Mac laptop. I want it to give me detailed info on the sodas I
drink per week, and other vital information for someone with high blood
sugar. No I am not diabetec, but if I continue at the high candy
eating, soda drinking, and such I may one day end up one.

Thank you!

John

I'm sorry I can't help you with the palm info... but you seem to have
a swayed view as to what causes diabetes. It's not candy or sugar
sodas. It's from excessive carbohydrates, such as potatoes, rice,
bread, pasta and such. Doctors still don't know if becoming overweight
is a cause or symptom. One thing is for sure, it's genetic. but by keeping
your weight within normal limits, exercise daily and limit your carb intake
(ie: stop eating at mcnasty) and you might be able to never become diabetic.

also, if some fool by the name of Chung replies, KillFile him immedately
along with his sock puppet "Uncle Enrico"... they are known trolls around
here.

Good Luck.. perhaps you can post some lab work you've had done
recently, your weight... height and such, perhaps a sample menut of what
you eat, so some here can help you get started down the right path.

You're just as bad as Chung.

Strange, in my reader RK *has* stripped newsgroups and
posted to the same ones you did. Does that make you a
dimbulb too? Did your crystal ball tell you which people
from what groups might be able to help the OP? It might be
crapola to you but it is on topic, need I say more? And on
top of that, why are you so frigging rude and critical
anyway?

It's in his nature. Do a Google Groups search on his name, and you'll see a
rather lengthy history of rudeness, name-calling, etc.

Umm. We have some spares on the diabetes groups. Would you
like to take some extras?

Speaking of which, whatever happened to Chung? Did he get his meds
adjusted or is there a big, smoking crater somewhere in Florida?

Martha, just curious

Hi JC Der Koenig

I enjoyed that autobiographical sig so much that I
reinserted it. That's the best self-portrait I've seen on
usenet for a while. Also the best piece of self-advice.

Time for a hemorrhoidectomy. *plonk*

As a T2, I'm sure you'll be dead soon.

Then you know SFA about diabetes then, eh?
