Default Caffine

Another question.
What is wrong with Caffeine? Why do diets say to leave it off your diet?
I love my cup of coffee each day and many reports about the benefits of
coffee have been announced lately. Does it interfere with digestion or
what? Sandy

caffein has as many pros as it does cons, so scientists often siagree
what the conclusion should be - to drink it or not to drink it.

.. its reputation seems to be worse than the facts, one way or another.

I don't think your cup of coffee each day will cause any problems. I
could never give up my coffeeg

Here's some reading on the subject. You'll find pros and cons about
caffeine but in moderation I doubt it's a problem.

People who drink too much caffeine have two problems. One is they have
trouble sleeping. Clinical studies show lack of sleep interferes with
weight loss, I forget all the reasons. The other problem is caffeine is a
diuretic -- it makes you discharge water. Then you get dehydrated. Hunger
is often thirst in disguise since most of our food has large amounts of
water in it.

I've never had a problem with caffeine keeping me from sleepingg I know
friends who wouldn't think of drinking coffee in the evening. I often have
a cup or two with dinner in the evening without any problem.
