how does anyone ever keep up around here? I know I sure can't!

anyway - the eat more weigh less guinea pig is still going......

i think I'm down 0.4 this week - and i'm feeling a lot skinnier - but my
scales have a loose wire which keeps going so they're not all that reliable.
However, I think it may be working........so I'll be carrying on for another
week at least.

this weekend is my birthday though. Not sure how to handle it - to have a
proper weekend off for the first time in ages, or to try and manage it
within points. Actually, I'm not sure I can loosen up enough to let go
anyway.....but a few drinks may influence that!

but having a weekend off won't help with the experiment..........?

How about a compromise, have a day off but not the whole weekend.

Happy Birthday!!! It doesn't matter which way you go with it as long as you
choose and decide and don't let it just happen, Lee

Happy Birthday!!

Congrats on 0.4 down! I don't think that a weekend off would cause too much
fluctuation in your experiment ;-)

You've been doing this long enough to make good choices, so it's not likely
that you will go back to old eating habits and even if you do your body
won't need as much quantity. If you feel a weekend is too much then give
yourself a 24hr period (say Friday night to Saturday night-or whatever works
with the schedule you'll be keeping).

Well, you are playing both Madame Curie and the experimental creature
- Madame Frankenstein. But it appears to be paying off.

Have a smashing birthday. Good luck with the next week of
experimentation.

Try to be good during the meals when you 're not celebrating, like
breakfast, maybe lunch. (0 point soup ?) And then, let yourself have a nice
brithday dinner and a few drinks and most of all: enjoy! Monday back on
track with a lower point day, and basically you would be doing a wendie
plan.
Good luck, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Not a bad idea. Right now I think I'll try and manage it within points, but
not consider it a disaster if that doesn't happen.....if you see what I
mean. At least I know that food on Saturday night will be sashimi - so I'll
not be going too far wrong there anyway!

obsess about it - leastways that's the theory! *grin*

Thanks Julie

Yeah - these days even when I'm "bad" I can't bring myself to be as "bad" as
I used to be! *grin* We'll see how the weekend goes - and I'll try and be a
little more relaxed than usual
