Default low carb recipes

Hello,
I bought a self published book from a seller on Ebay. She has been low
carbing for years and just thought I would share the info about where to get
the book.
I wont put her ebay id here but will name the title of the book. Just go to
eBay and search for "My Little Black Book of Low Carb Recipes". It is a
very good book and the recipes have NOT been copied from a low carb
newsgroup recipe file.

I think you will really like it . What I really like about the recipes is
that even if your family and friends are not eating low carb they will enjpy
these recipes too. Her own recipe for the "bread substitute" is out of this
world. I have made the cinnamon bread version for grilled cinnamom toast.
The lemon meringue recipe is good enough for a party.

Everything I have ever seen on EBay was gleaned from Lo-Carb recipe sites or
from news groups... Hopefully this one is better. :-) BJ

You will be pleasantly surprised then I have looked at many internet recipes
and her recipes are not from the internet..
I know that some eBay sellers sell recipes collections and they have been
copied from newsgroups.
