No. Taking a pill can't make a permanent change in your habits
and nothing short of that works.

So if you're already on a plan and already losing and you've
already done it long enough that you've made the habit changes
permanent, and *then* you decide to take pills to make your
progress faster, uhm, okay.

But if you're looking for a pill that let's you not change your
habits, you'd need to take that pill every day for the rest of
your life. Nothing that makes that sort of change in your
metabolism is going to be safe for permanent use.

So what type of pill really works? A "chill pill". Go on a real
plan and take a "chill pill" so you can be patient with your
results. ;^)
