Well, assuming this to be a serious question there are lots of fish and other seafood besides tuna, including salmon, cod, halibut, oysters, shrimp, lobster, crab, tilapia, catfish, trout and so on and on. And there are lots of meats besides chicken like beef, pork, lamb, ostrich, buffalo, duck, goose, and larks tongues. And then there are eggs, cheese and tofu. |

Okay, obviously you know nothing about the Atkins program. Start by reading the book or visiting www.atkins.com and click on the "How to do Atkins" button. My other favorites are beef, pork, and shrimp, usually in the form of hamburger patties (sometimes with cheese, sometimes with sour cream), pork chops, or shrimp in butter with garlic and a little white wine. Lobster and crab legs are cool (mock crab legs aren't - they're very carby). Pork or beef roasts, turkey, all kinds of fish. You'll want to avoid or limit organ meats, such as liver.
