There are all kinds of whacked out ideas that will help people to get their number on a scale, but then it ONLY helps people to lose their weight, not improve overall health. For one to change their habits it involves a lot of hard work, and determination, and thinking differently. It's not as magic as taking some little pill and getting diarrhea, but hey, it works for me. YMMV
