Of course I prefer it on really good sliced San Francisco sourdough bread.
Yummy!!!

and for some crunch I used to add Cheez-It crackers in the middle.

I know I am strange.

You ate PB and bolgna? I thought I was the only one that did that.

I
still like it occasionally, but with a slice of cheese too.

Debbie

I have heard of this before but have never tried it. It's doesn't sound

to good
but it must be good.Peanut butter is good, bologna is good and cheese is
good so it must be good all together.

you know, looking at this, I tried to remember a "typical" day when I was
eating at will, and couldn't . Been too long.

I've never thought to add it up until you asked this question. Here's

what
a
typical day's menu looked like for me:

b: large muffin with butter OR scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns
l: large sandwich, chips or fries OR whatever hot meal was served at

work
usually with potato and gravy
d: Big mac and fries if I did not make it home on time; otherwise it was

an
over sized portion of meat and potato at home
s: lots of chips, pretzals in front of the tv; candy bar in mid

afternoon

The biggest difference that I see in my meals is I am drinking milk and
eating fruit that I never did pre WW.

Yes and I was surprised...I thought, no wonder why I am strugging w/ my
weight. Its amazing how many points a blizzard or what not is...almost
all of my points for the day. Just thinking that I was eating that plus
more in a day horrified me...Geez!
