Suprising me (again...)
Hi all... just a few observations that I've made as I have recommitted
myself to WW. I remember well last time that the first few weeks, and again this time, that my whole heart is in this, and that I'm amazed how much I can eat for the points allowance I have on flex plan. I'm astonished really. I almost feel like I'm eating more now than I did before. Granted, I'm eating the right things, but my meals seem so much more satisfying because I'm including more of the things I am supposed to be eating, as well as measuring out the portions I need of things with staying power. Granted, I'm only in the first week, but I'm really excited with relearning this. |

Audrey the Awareness is so tricky to hold onto though... as last time I think I dumped it after a few weeks... I have to continue to see this as a lifestyle change and have my good start this week be something that I can enjoy again and again, as I create new good starts everyday to live this way I suppose. |

I can guarantee you that the volume of what I eat is much larger when I
