Default munchies, munchies, munchies...

they have taken a hold of my mind yesterday and today...
can't stop thinking about chomping on food...
crunchy, chewy food...

tried to settle for some baby carrots...

eww...

realized there is a reason why I don't nibble on baby carrots if at all...
it's because I am not a rabbit, but instead a cookie muncher...

my will is being tested today...

just thought I'd get it out and share it... so that I don't feel isolated in
this inner turmoil between my munchies and my mind.

I can relate...My munchies occur every night...Water,...carrots and
cucumbers have helped me some...I have many "1 & 2" point snacks but it's
hard to just have one...I do find if I drink a lot of water and wait a few
minutes it passes...Once I give in it is very hard to stop...GG

I can relate. I have found it easier to just not have the stuff in the
house. Once someone brings it in then I am in trouble.

My evening savior is 94% FF mini popcorn. 1 point a bag. Sugar sets me off
my cravings so having a salty snack instead helps keep them under control.
