Default Food and Workout Log 11.19.07

Breakfast: nut, raisin and date oatmeal. 1% milk cal-200

Lunch: buffalo shrimp, fries, side of sawyers sauce, 1 piece
of texas toast, cup of coleslaw. diet coke- I don't know the calorie
count for this- this restaurant offers no nutritional information for
some reason, my best guess is 800 cals

Dinner: half a mushroom burger, a few bites of vegetable
soup, broccoli and squash with 1 slice of f/f cheese. water cal- 185
kid's size smoothie from smoothie king- "lil
angel" cal- 170


Total Cals- 1355



Workout- 45 mins cardio- burned 500 calories lunges, squats,
chest press, crunches, leg scissors
