longer than me Worth it though isn't it?
My personal minigoal now is somewhere between 119 and where I am
now......but we'll see

Aw shucks, thank you Joyce Yep - it's been (and will probably continue
to be) hard work. But then nothing worth having came easy, right? And it
is worth having. Even 2nd time around *grin*.

Hi, krys, It is so worth it. It feels good to know that I am doing the
absolute best thing for my health. WW helps put all the pieces together,
food, exercise and a healthy attitude.

I dunno, that new car came much easier than I thought - didn't have to do near as
much pouting as I had feared. g Seriously - you are right. I definitely
treasure the things I have to work hardest for, and they are very worth every bit
of effort ... every time!

week. I knew I'd not blown it for the last couple of weeks. My walks

have
been long and with a spring in my step. But then the time comes... I
wasn't feeling noticeably skinny this morning when I got up - a little
bloated if anything. The doubts started to creep in....... With a

resigned
air, I folded my arms and stood on those scales. Several times. Just to

be
sure. My scales can be a tad temperamental - and today was no exception.
However they finally settled - I got the same result several times, so I'm
taking it.

Oh, sorry, you want to know the result? Really? Well, if you've read

this
far, then I guess you deserve it....... I lost 2 lbs!!!!!!!! That's my
biggest loss in 3 months! And more amazingly than that.......look at

those
figures down there....... Yep - I'm there!!! Nigh on 3 years since the
first time I yelled goal.........I can yell it again! I have to say that
this time I have more a sense of relief and of having returned to where I
ought to be as opposed to the huge sense of achievement first time around.
But still - I'm proud of myself. I didn't let the gain get away with me.
This time around I may have only lost 11 pounds or so, but it took a lot
longer. And thanks to all the excercise, I'm a far better healthier shape
this time around too.

Now, just a couple more pounds to give me some leeway would be nice.......
