Is it starting to feel normal yet? The exercise feels normal. I exercised most days a week for years before I was sidelined by a series of events, including a knee injury, several years ago. You feeling better? In most ways, yes. I'm not hampered by crushing exhaustion, I can go places and not worry about having to find a parking space within a block, I can take part in life. Have you gained confidence. I was not lacking in confidence before I lost weight, so no. As always, YMMV. Kasey 365/248/??? |
