Why do you "miss" it ? Is there any reason why you can't have it ?

I can't cause it makes me sick / always has.. though I'm trying to get
used to it little by little..

The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should
be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?

I like to make a scramble out of 1 whole egg and 2 whites and serve

use only egg whites) pts but it's very filling.. )

I also have a WW smoothie in 11/2 cup of coffee every morning (1 pts)
so for 7 pts I have a huge breakfast..

I also like yogurt with fruits (I don't do cheese)

Cheese is what I miss the most I think

Me too. Then I discovered that 1/4 cup of feta cheese is only 2 points. And
that amount goes a long way in eggs or a salad.

My question is what do you guys eat for breakfast?

Leftover veggie dishes, or if I have time, I make a veggie dish and turn it
into: omelet or fried rice or hash browns or tostado. In each case I go small
portion on the carb.

I'm back to doing all the right things, drinking water, journaling, eating
fruit, etc. My question is what do you guys eat for breakfast? It's the
hardest meal of the day for me. I'm looking for things that will keep me
satisfied for most of the morning and that's obviously, point friendly.

For the record, I don't like eggs of any kind, yogurt or cream of wheat.

1 piece of whole wheat bread
4 thin slices of turkey
Tomato
1oz cheese

put int toaster oven until the bread toasts and cheese melts.
If you use regular cheese its 4.5 points . You can also have Tropicana
Light and Healthy orange juice....I think it 1 pt for 8oz.

or

1 piece whole wheat toast
lowfat cottage cheese
blueberries

or

Frosted Mini wheats with a banana and milk

2 point or pria bar with a peice of fruit. I sometimes eat things not
"breakfast" because I like that meal best and eat it for dinner when I

have
the points. many people do shakes because they are easy and low point,
