Sure... Mom used to make my sister and I banana sandwiches with peanut
butter when we were kids. That or PB and pepperoni, which I'm beginning to
think is a Canadian thing, because I've never found anyone anywhere else

who
has heard of this.

Then again, my GF is English and her family makes "chip buddies" (french

fry
sandwiches). Starch on carbs... yum!

I've never thought to add it up until you asked this question. Here's what a
typical day's menu looked like for me:

b: large muffin with butter OR scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns
l: large sandwich, chips or fries OR whatever hot meal was served at work
usually with potato and gravy
d: Big mac and fries if I did not make it home on time; otherwise it was an
over sized portion of meat and potato at home
s: lots of chips, pretzals in front of the tv; candy bar in mid afternoon

The biggest difference that I see in my meals is I am drinking milk and
eating fruit that I never did pre WW.

I did and it added up to 71 points! No wonder! I did use the worse

scenerio
waffle breakfast
mcd double cheesburger and fries
and Japanese food for dinner
Ice cream for dessert

I was eating my daily points at breakfast!

You ate PB and bolgna? I thought I was the only one that did that. I
still like it occasionally, but with a slice of cheese too.

I noticed I to have been drinking all of my milk and this past week I have been eating my
servings of vegetables but I noticed I don't eat very much fruit. I will have
a banana for breakfast but I avoid all of the other fruit . I guess I just
don't like fruit. Doesn't it feel good when you eat all of your dairy, water and fruit/vegetables.

I don't know where you live but here in California there is a new TV AD about Dairy and it's importance
in weight loss. 3 servings a day helps you lose weight. Milk, cheese and yohgurt sales are sure to go up.

I have heard of this before but have never tried it. It's doesn't sound to good
but it must be good.Peanut butter is good, bologna is good and cheese is
good so it must be good all together.
