Default SBD Two Week Update

Well, I finished phase one of SBD on Sunday. My weight is down a full ten
pounds. Yesterday I started adding some more carbs back to my diet and thus
far, I am good with that. For breakfast I made my protein shake with
blueberries and left out the peanut butter.

I have eaten a ton of salads. I feel good about that. I have been good
about eating throughout the day which was a problem for while when I got too
busy to eat a couple of days.

I have been exceptionally busy with a new work project. The fun thing is
that I have the energy to go 90 to nothing all day without a lag in energy.
I fall asleep about ten minutes after I quiet down in the evening and rarely
wake up during the night. I am wondering if it is related to all the Soy I
am drinking as it has estrogenic effects and insomnia can be caused by
lowered estrogen levels in middle aged women. Also, I am exercising a lot.

My new goal is 1 - 2 pounds a week now that I seem to be without a lot of
extra fluid.

The compliments are fun.

Whoever suggested the Sino Fresh on this board is my undying hero. I have
struggled with allergies for years. When I read that it killed mold, it
sold me. I have felt better this spring than I have in years and years,
literally. I have been able to exercise outside which is something I really
couldn't do in the past. We only have a few weeks each Spring that I can do
this and I have been able to take advantage. Soon it will be too hot and I
will re-introduce myself to the treadmill and taped reruns.

I have two very lucrative business opportunities that I am trying to flesh
out. I have especially enjoyed the ability to focus on them and to meet the
challenges they entail. It was a new thing for me to be totally focused and
'on' when I didn't have time to eat. Once, there was even pizza in a
conference room I was working in and it didn't occur to me to eat it. In
the past, I would have been cranky and flaky - unable to concentrate and
maybe a little bitchy as my sugar fell. So, I feel really good about that.
I also am very challenged at the moment, being given a huge project with a
short, short deadline and my job is to coordinate everything and everyone.
The confidence that comes from controlling personal life is greatly
benefiting my approach to business. My BF is so very supportive which makes
everything so much easier.

I am 5'3" sometimes and 5'4" other times. My current weight is 133 and my
goal is 115. Wish me luck!
