weight loss help
Only got an error message: Stack Overflow at Line 0.
I think I get enough help from the folks here though. I had a tortilla chip craving tonight. They don't sell anything smaller than the "Big Grab" at the 7-11 we stopped at (on the way home from an evening concert). I measured out 2 oz and gave the rest to my DH. I think the 2 oz was about 280 calories. I'm a little over my daily max calories but not too much. I think giving into the craving was better than eating something else and not being satisfied and then eating another something else and not being satisfied and on and on! Thankfully, I don't get these cravings too often. Tonia 221/189/130 "info4all" wrote in message om... This site has help to lose weight. http://info4all0.tripod.com/health4all |

weight loss help
Hark! I heard "That T Woman" say:
I think I get enough help from the folks here though. I had a tortilla chip craving tonight. Great job, Tonia -- much better to control your intake at 2 ounces than to get frustrated and eat the whole bag! And isn't it nice to have a DH to eat what you can't? I made some trail mix that turned out to have too many calories, but I didn't want to just throw it out (and you can't give that kind of thing to the food bank). So hubby's been eating it up for a snack on occasion. I think giving into the craving was better than eating something else and not being satisfied and then eating another something else and not being satisfied and on and on! Thankfully, I don't get these cravings too often. Ya know, this group has been sooooo much help for me in identifying why I eat the way I sometimes do. It makes it easier to handle cravings and/or avoid them in the first place.
