Food:

6:00 (driving to gym): ready-to-drink chocolate shake

9:00 (work, brought from home): 30g More & Less Cereal, 30g All Bran,
22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk

12:00 (work, brought salmon and salad dressing from home -- rest from
office cafeteria): salad w/ 1 salmon patty, mixed greens, around 1 oz.
each of carrots, mushrooms, grapes, pineapple, calorie-free balsamic
vinaigrette

6:00 (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse): 12 oz wine; 1 piece of French bread w/
butter; 1 crabcake w/ 2 oz. asparagus and 1 tbsp bearnaise sauce; 1/2
spinach salad w/ warm bacon dressing; 3 oz lobster w/ melted butter; 4
oz. filet mignon; 1 large serving cheesecake

Totals: 1090 calories (257 from alcohol), 68g fat (29%), 182g carbs
(35%), 150g protein (29%)

6:30 a.m. -- Exercise:

Bench: 1x10x45; 1x5x65; 1x8x85; 1x3x105; 1x3x115; 1x5x125; 4x5x120
(with assistance on later reps of the sets at 125 and 120) -- This is
the first day in a program to prepare for a bench competition that I
plan to enter on May 15.

Seated DB shoulder press: 1x5x15s; 1x5x20s (My shoulder injury really
affects these.)

Standing overhead triceps extensions w/ EZ-Curl bar: 2x5x35

Standing DB curls, both arms together: 1x8x20s

Triceps pressdowns: 1x6x9 plates; 1x12x7 plates

Bike: 20 minutes, random program, level 5, average speed 100 rpm
