Default Let's hear a BOO YA!

Well, after almost two weeks of trying and bitching and complaining and hoping.....I am down three pounds

I would say I am ecstatic about this, but I am far too tired right now to even feel a thing......that being said, I am terrified of weighing in now because yesterday was a total "non-point" day - simply put, there was Pot Luck at work, I did not gorge but I did not worry about what I was eating, either.

Today's a new day, though.....and I am back at it.

Now then, can I make it?????

Good job. Just get back on track today and you'll be fine. The idea of
FlexPoints gives you the option of splurging one day a week if you wish.

Of course you can! You're down 3 lbs in less than two weeks. You are right within the range that WW suggests as being a normal rate of loss. Keep up the good work!

Back at it is a good way after a slight fall from the program.
Congrats on the loss.

Congrats on the superb loss! In answer to your question ... YES, you can make it!
You've been doing great. Veering off the program occassionally isn't a bad thing,
it is just a fact of life. As long as you can get right back on track you will be
fine.

Congratulations, Canuck, for losing those 3 pounds. Even if you have
gained a wee bit from the Pot Luck it will be mostly water, so don't
worry about it. Wish you luck.
