Default HHH week two: Kate

This week was just as challenging as last week, so here's how I did:

Monday: 1 mile walk - I was late and accepted a lift up to school!
Bugger people who phone just as you are about to leave the house!

Tuesday: mad shopping trip - one of those 2 mile whizzes the length of
the town and back! Plus a 1 mile walk to school - accepted a lift from
a mum I needed to talk to!

Wednesday: 1 mile walk - dunno why! Must have had a lift up or back,
but i don't remember!

Thursday: 3 mile walk - up to school and back, then up again for James's
judo class!

Friday: 2 mile walk

Saturday: Weight lifting, Kate style! I hoisted 2/3 of a captain's bunk
bed up a ladder into the loft (two large drawers, 4 support bits, and 2
short ends - all made od 3/4" marine ply!), and then the length of the
loft - hopping from rafter to rafter as there are no floor boards up
there! - shifted 2 crates of books out of the lad's room, shifted the 3
big bits of the bed (the base, and the two long sides) out to the
landing, shifted his toy boxes out, moved the mattress from his room to
the sewing room (this is an old fashioned heavy sprung mattress, not yer
light weight sponge job!), heaved it on top of the sewing room bed, then
made it up so the poor boy could sleep in it! I also moved about 8
rolls of fabric... DH thought I should definitely count it as exercise.

Sunday... ...Nah! Sorry - all I did today was a SEVERE sweat raising
vacuuming session, after the DH had scraped off all the spikes on the
boy's artexed ceiling! Took 45 minutes to vacuum the floor of a room
5'11" wide and 8' long, with an extra 3'X3' bit for the door! I think
I'm paying for yesterday (Saturday) as the joints are creaking.

What with that and the half pound loss, I feel quite good this week!
However, the weather does NOT look so good for the coming week, so we
shall have to see what transpires...
