How much water is ideal, and how much water is too much (per day)? If
possible, could you answer in liters?

Thanks
JS

Ah! My question regarding water...

I drink approximately 2L water each day, and on rainy days I pee more and
sunny days less.

My question is, if one drinks a lot of water, will it make his liver work
more and
last shorter time than people who drink less?

Thanks.
