Default minimum points

I joined the WW online. Per my weight I'm on 34 pts a day. Does that also
serve as the minimum points per day? If not, how do I calculate the minimum
expected points per day?

I also create 6 points a day on the treadmill. But I don't have to eat 6
more points correct?

I don't use the 35 points per week allowance at all and it just seems I'm
eating a lot of food.

thanks

Treat that 34 as your minimum. Or if you really want a different
number.. 33's good. Use all your points, it'll keep your metabolism
running.

Yes you do! Again, you don't have to eat *all* of them, but if you're
active, never leave more than 3 of your activity points uneaten. You
*need* to make up for the calories you burned. Otherwise it'd be like
not doing any activity, but only eating 28 points for that day, which
isn't enough for you.

Use them too. At least 25 of them.

If it seems like you're eating a lot (it will for right now, but just
give it a few weeks, let your metabolism get running, you might see a
change), try having some higher-calorie foods during the day.
Regular-fat mayo instead of no-fat, or 2% (or whole) milk instead of
skim. Have a couple cookies. If you have trouble using up all your
points, go ahead and eat unhealthy, just a little. You'll do better for
using your points than you would for eating the low-fat option.

The 34 points+35 is designed to cause weight loss even if all you do is
sit on your couch all day (like I do). You're not going to lose weight
slower if you eat all of them. Might actually lose weight faster.

34 in your case is the minimum, you are not required to eat activity or flex
points, they will just go towards your losing faster, welcome and good luck,

I disagree here, this varies with each individual, one shouldn't when not
hungry, also I am one who must eat every point or flip into starvation mode,
but I only learned this by trying different amounts of points, Lee
