you can have as much as you like, and it is required with cereals, cheerios
sadly are not a core food, Lee

They don't require that you drink it straight. I hate milk. I have one
serving (1c) in my cereal and my other serving comes from yogart. two 1/2 c
servings for lunch/dinner.

try this, 16 ounces of skim milk, 1 tablespoon splendia, 1 tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder. stir and micro. the cocoa powder is 0 points for
this amount. Lee, who loves milk too much
