I lucked out at Sam's. Two of the women that give out the samples are women
who are partners with two managers in my program, when we walk up if it
isn't worth the points, both have been on ww in the past, they say save your
points, and I move on, Lee

My leader likes to tell the story of her putting an apple fritter in the
trunk of her car when she was about 15 miles north in the next town. She
said she put it in the trunk so she would not nibble on it while driving
back to our town. Funny thing was, it must have been calling her from the
trunk, because she kept pulling over to the side of the road to get a bite.
I guess after being followed by a police officer who was observing this
behavior pulled her over. He thought she might have had something illegal
in the trunk. So he pulled her over and asked her why she kept stopping and
checking her trunk. She told him it was the apple fritter she was trying to
avoid eating, but the urge got the best of her so she would pull over and
take a bite and then get back in and drive some more towards home.

She is a real nut. I love her though. She is such a sweet lady and would
give the world to everyone so that they are successful on their journey to
being healthy. She has been an employee of for over 35 years now and has
maintained keeping that weight off. She is one that will admit that she has
sugar addictions and she knows what she can and cant handle.

She tells the story of how she would offer to go get doughnuts for her
husband on a Saturday morning nearly every week. He would ask for 2 plain
cake donuts. The bakery did a special of a bakers dozen (13) for a special
price. She would get the 13 donuts and then proceed to park behind the
bakery and eat all 11 donuts with a quart of milk. Then dispose of the
evidence before she got home and then her husband would ask why she did not
get anything for herself. She would tell him that she did not want any. She
was very much a closet eater. She can tell these stories over and over and
you never tire of them.

I believe,
manufactured in thin crisps like crackers but taste very similar to

The ones we found were packaged in 100 calorie bags, 6 bags to a

I love
presorted portion control! G

And yesterday it was the new Quaker Oatmeal squares with brown

sugar.
A costco purchase. On the way home before lunch.....

I'm thinking here ........ maybe you need to eliminate Costco from

your
shopping
list. Too large of quantities which keep calling out your name. g

Sugar addictions: I know about those. I'm still learning what I can
and can't handle.

My leader likes to tell the story of her putting an apple fritter in the
trunk of her car when she was about 15 miles north in the next town. She
said she put it in the trunk so she would not nibble on it while driving
back to our town. Funny thing was, it must have been calling her from

the
trunk, because she kept pulling over to the side of the road to get a

bite.
I guess after being followed by a police officer who was observing this
behavior pulled her over. He thought she might have had something

illegal
in the trunk. So he pulled her over and asked her why she kept stopping

and
checking her trunk. She told him it was the apple fritter she was trying

to
avoid eating, but the urge got the best of her so she would pull over and
take a bite and then get back in and drive some more towards home.

I have a tough time resisting their samples, but now I'm at least

limiting
it to
things that I'm REALLY interested in, instead of grabbing just because
it's there.
If hub is with me, I often am able to talk him into splitting one

sample
with me.
I figure it helps a bit. g

Probably a good thing for me that I keep all my purchases in the trunk

of
the car
