I'm proud of myself this morning. DS had a slice of the fresh blackberry
pie we made last night and of course he didn't finish it. There were still
about 6 small bites leftover and I did eat those for him, but not the crust,
counted it as 1 point as the pieces were the equivalent of about 2 tbsp.
Normally this would spur my interest and I'd be off to the kitchen for a
second piece, but not this morning!

I'm beginning my 6th day OP and it feels great!

Congratulations Brenda! I have to say that's more willpower than I
would have had!

My lifesaver is the freezer. If we have cake or pie in the house at
all, the leftovers go right into the freezer. Somehow its not as
appealing as a spur-of-the-moment-snack if you have to wait for it to
thaw before eating it!

Great job at restraining yourself. That blackberry pie certainly sounds
yummy.

You did really great, Brenda. Congrats on resisting that pie! I 'm not sure
I could have done it.

Gosh I wish that worked as well for me. I tried it with pound cake and
chocolate cake. Being frozen didn't make any difference. I guess that's
why I'm back with WW again.

That is a great NSV Brenda.
