I assume you'll be OP from now till weigh in, so maybe it won't be so
bad after all! Sure hope so. Elaine Lesanne wrote: I don't really know what got into me the end of last year, but I am really glad to have a brand new year. My meeting on Saturday mornings will begin again this next Saturday (today they are closed). So I will have an official weigh in Jan 8. It does not look pretty right now. -- Lesanne |

Happy New Year everyone!
I'm getting back on the bandwagon...at least I'm a lifer that only has to pay once a month, it helps! (It's good incentive to stick it out) Back to the 6 oclock monday meeting. Good luck everyone, Melanie 153/153/140ish Lesanne wrote: I have high hopes and a big mug of green tea right now instead of my usual afternoon snack.... -- Lesanne "Elaine Kirkham" wrote in message ... Oh well, welcome to the club. I decided to just maintain over the hols...I munched to my hearts content at my brunch this morning...in between re-filling champagne glasses and warming up Jimmy Dean sausages...it was fun and I managed not to binge - which was hard since I made all the food and it was all stuff I like. The important thing to realize is that we cannot do that every day! It was a great party, btw, and I think I will make it an annual! glad you had a good time, and what an NSV, Lee |

I am going to Go on Saturday, whatever my home scale says. The little
"experiment" in not going is now over, and things are definitely falling back into place since I have made the mental commitment to weigh in officially. I hate to need meetings, but whatever, I hate being overweight a lot more than I hate needing meetings..... I did a little bike ride, then worked in the back yard building a fence for about an hour and a half. And actually stayed within my points for the day for a change. I don't plan on returning the new body, nope, not going to. -- Lesanne "Fred" wrote in message ... I know what you mean. I missed the last meeting and will NOT pay at the coming one since I have till the end of Jan to get an official Jan WI. So, Weds' home scale will rule the day..... Skied yesterday about 8 miles but not much elevation gain.
