I assume you'll be OP from now till weigh in, so maybe it won't be so
bad after all! Sure hope so.

Happy New Year everyone!

I'm getting back on the bandwagon...at least I'm a lifer that only has
to pay once a month, it helps! (It's good incentive to stick it out)
Back to the 6 oclock monday meeting.

Good luck everyone,
Melanie

Oh well, welcome to the club. I decided to just maintain over the hols...I munched to my hearts content at my brunch this morning...in between re-filling champagne glasses and warming up Jimmy Dean sausages...it was fun and I managed not to binge - which was hard since I made all the food and it was all stuff I like. The important thing to realize is that we cannot do that every day! It was a great party, btw, and I think I will make it an annual!
glad you had a good time, and what an NSV, Lee

I am going to Go on Saturday, whatever my home scale says. The little
"experiment" in not going is now over, and things are definitely falling
back into place since I have made the mental commitment to weigh in
officially.
I hate to need meetings, but whatever, I hate being overweight a lot more
than I hate needing meetings.....

I did a little bike ride, then worked in the back yard building a fence for
about an hour and a half. And actually stayed within my points for the day
for a change. I don't plan on returning the new body, nope, not going to.

I know what you mean. I missed the last meeting and will NOT pay at
the coming one since I have till the end of Jan to get an official Jan
WI. So, Weds' home scale will rule the day.....

Skied yesterday about 8 miles but not much elevation gain.
