Food & Exercise -- 12/23/2006
We're still down in NC visiting my mom. We went out to a late
breakfast this morning, then just hung out the rest of the day. No lunch -- snacked on nuts (she has a bunch of different sorts that my brother sent her). Then we went to dinner in the fancy dining room here in the retirement complex. Food: * 10:00 (restaurant): 2 fried eggs; 7/8 pecan waffle w/ 1 pat butter & 2 tbsp pancake syrup; 10 oz. orange juice * 2:00 (Mom's room): 1 oz. chocolate-covered cashews * 4:30 (sitting out on the terrace in the sun :-) ): 4 oz. wine; 2/3 oz. peanuts * 6:30 (retirement home dining room): 4 oz. wine; 1 cup tossed salad w/ 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette; 1 lavash cracker w/ 1 pat butter; 4 oz. filet mignon; 2 oz. macaroni and cheese; 2 oz. boiled cabbage; 1 scoop low-fat ice cream w/ 1 tbsp caramel topping Totals: 1813 calories (156 from alcohol), 75g fat (37%), 175g carbs (39%), 74g protein (16%) Averages for the week: 1625 calories, 28% fat, 33% carbs, 32% protein Exercise: None to speak of Chris 262/130s/130s |
