Default Omega 3 Eggs -- worth the extra cost?

I've been buying Omega 3 Eggs (laid by free range chickens fed certain
feed), but I'm also taking fish oil (two capsules/day) and flax (1
tablespoon/day). Given my consumption of fish oil and flax, what good are
Omega 3 Eggs?

I asked my doctor about the same thing when he suggested I start taking the
fish oil capsules. His response was that there is really no benefit in
excess and that a 1500mg dose a day should be just fine. YMMV though.

Less toxins.
For me, the small expense is worth it, maybe 2 dollars more a dozen.
That's not much for me considering I eat a dozen a week.
If they were an occasional food I wouldn't bother.

Put some flax in regular eggs. Save some $$$. Eat some canned salmon.
