Default Motivational poem and Whoosh Fairy visits

Hello everyone,

Congrats to all the loser and maintainers and everyone else, just stick with
program it works!

Our leader today handed out a poem that was written by one of her members in
another meeting. I thought it was good and wanted to share. Our leader
said this lady was inspired by her stories and anecdotes of the leader's
life before WW, during her weight loss journey and her staying at a healthy
weight for over 35 years now.

Golden Rules

What is it that is holding me back?
From fulfilling my personal dream?
What can I do to change myself?
And bolster my own self-esteem?

I can make a special golden rule
That works for only me.
I'll take the time to figure it out
So I can clearly see:

Do I need to drink more water?
Or not eat so much at night?
Should I add more time to exercise?
Or eat slower and do it right?

Put pen to paper and journal?
Make sure that I laugh with a friend?
Commit to not missing a meeting?
Or make sure that I stretch and bend?

Whatever the rule is I'm making,
Make it the best one that I can find,
Let it work for me and go slowly,
For the final battle is in my mind.

Now for my whoosh fairy visit. I lost 3.5 lbs this week for a total of 55.7
lbs lost. I get compliments all the time at work and it feels so great to
have people notice. I also bought a skirt today another size smaller. The
program works if you work it.

Great poem. I'm going to keep this one myself. Great job with your progress.
You'll be hitting that WLL goal in no time at all.

Another visit from the Whoosh Fairy! Congratulations. Thanks for
sharing the poem. Good things to remember when things get hard.

How wonderful for you that people are noticing and commenting. Soak up
all the good thoughts and use them to bolster your determination. And
then keep doing what works.
