My own personal scale this morning said 159.
Never mind what theirs said, Fred you are on the bottom, I hope you can breathe down there.

Hey, after tonight's food fest (3 servings of my own mint icecream)
etc, etc...... I have that it must have been Thanksgiving Dinner
feeling - in other words, I ate too much and knew I was doing it!!!!

Keep that awareness in mind, Fred; you may find it useful when the new WW
Program rolls out on the 22nd.

Good call. Choices of what we want and how to get there. Compromise
works. I use to like chicken skin but it is now not on the list. Ice
cream, well, it tastes good

small victories, I would have skipped the ice-cream and ate the skin, Lee

I "don't need no stinkin' new WW Program!!!!" (G)

I have a feeling much of what I ate is not on the permitted list. And
if it is, it is one item at a time and maybe once a year! (G) I did
take the skin off the bbq chicken, though.

My fingers are crossed that your scale hasn't picked up any traits
from Lesanne's. You've done all the work. I sure hope your ww scale
confirms your new low.

Actually, my eating is fairly excellent since about the fifth of August. And
my weight is not bouncing any more, but it has rather consistently decided
to stay at 162. I actually think that if that is where it is going to be,
eating in response to real hunger only, and not Overeating, then by golly
that may have to be where it stays. Time will tell. At least I am no longer
having those days when I know my eating is excessive.
