Electric Grilled 'Potatoes' Question : )
Yeah, I know "white" is the enemy but some of us cook for other people
and I want to slice up some spuds about a half inch thick or so and throw them on anelectric gril medium heat I' am guessing and grill them for about what 7 or 8 min on each side. Should that do it. I suppose I could just do trial and error but perhaps by asking here I can get a nice recipe thrown in. |

Sometimes I have to make potatoes for my family too, and I've tried them on my indoor grill. I slice them pretty thick, say 1/2 inch or so, and make sure they are seasoned will and have a little olive oil on them. They crisp up then and get done in about 7 minutes total or even less. Depends on your grill, my Hamilton Beech cooks from both sides like a George Foreman. In the end its like having fries, but not as yucky and it keeps them from throwing a mutiny. |
