Overdosing on Omega 3?
I'm taking 2x1000mg Alaska deep sea fish oil per day
(360mg EPA & 240mg DHA total) *plus* 2 tbsp flax seed meal per day. Am I taking too much Omega 3? Is there such a thing? Ken T2, Diet, Excercise & 1000mg Glucophage 300/240/175, LC'ing for 11 months Fom 400u humalog/day to ZERO, thanks to LC WOE!
