Hi
I have heard about diet in which eating before noon is forbidden. I don't remember the name of the diet. If anyone know the name, please let me know. Regards Zofia |

As far as I remember the main rule of the diet was that one shouldn't eat anything or eat just fruits (except bananas) till noon only. Regards Zofia |

Warrior diet is the one but I am diffident about my answer so better wait for the authentic answer but you can check out the details in the warrior diet site.Its an exceptional diet as the main rule of the diet was that one shouldn't eat anything or eat just fruits till noon only.

I think the best way of weight losing is good exercise and not to eat much oily foods.

My Mother is on diet now, and I think it is really effective. She is currently taking a Slimming Coffee, and she eat fruits and only vegetables and She maintain 4 times a week of exercise, which is 30 mins of Cardio Exercise. Avoid some oily foods, foods which is High Calorie and Fats.
