The best sandwich
I just had the best fulfilling sanwich
i've had atkins country white bread in my freezer for all most a month i use it very rarly because i felt it had to many carbs for a sandwich today ive only had 4 carbs so i decided to have a sandwich ham cheese tomato onion and lots of mayo yummy i know it sounds so dumb but it's been a long time since i had a really good sandwich i am in the owl part of the atkins program but i really try to stay at 20 carbs a day i started atkins in oct.15 2003 o well thanks for listening marli 216/196/160 |
