was better on choices, i didn't make wi because of work deadlines, but i
made better choices and got it on my tape but not in the journal...water was
better but exercise sucked.

i am so blasted stressed over the cat, he isn't responding to treatment like
he should so we have been back to the vet and he now seems some better,

thanks for writing. he is holding his own but still not where he needs to
be. start with the water earlier so maybe you won't be so able to fit in
food and maybe the water will help save some points early if it goes wrong,

I am still losing control in the afternoons and bingeing. I'm hoping to
stay
in control long enough to substitute water tomorrow. It will take about a
gallon, I think

I hope your cat continues to do better.

ONLY OUT ME BACK UP TWO POUNDS.

Rotten cap-lock... Don't have the energy to plan meals right now, am
too full of nasty head cold!
